This has accelerated consolidation and created an imbalance that could prove detrimental for asset management firms.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2017 by a consortium of French asset management companies, IZNES is a platform designed for asset managers and their clients.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2021, IZNES saw<a href=\"https:\/\/website.iznes.io\/2021\/01\/13\/communique-de-presse-du-13-janvier-2021\/\">its first insurer (GENERALI Vie) and first social protection group (Groupe APICIL)<\/a> acquire an equity stake. This confirmed a solution had been adopted by the buy side. Today, IZNES has achieved a new milestone as CANDRIAM \u2013 an asset manager with extensive roots in the heart of Europe as well as offices across the UK, Middle East, Asia and the US \u2013 joins its shareholder ranks.<\/p>\n<p>Having contributed to the project for more than two years, CANDRIAM is consolidating its commitment to developing the platform towards optimising transaction costs and processes, both in France and Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Plateforme pan-europ\u00e9enne d\u2019investissement de parts d\u2019OPC et de tenue de registre en Blockchain, IZNES offre une solution compl\u00e8te, simple et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e depuis \u00a0la mise en relation jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la tenue de registre.
