No CommentsIZNES choisie par la Banque de France pour réaliser des transactions sur parts de fonds pour la première fois en monnaie numérique de banque centrale. Dans le cadre du programme d’expérimentation piloté par la Banque de France, plus d’une dizaine de transactions sur parts de fonds, pour un montant global supérieur à deux millions d’euros, ont été réalisées en décembre 2020 sur la plateforme IZNES en utilisant de la monnaie numérique de banque centrale (MNBC). Il s’agit du premier règlement de parts de fonds à l’aide de MNBC.

The Banque de France publishes the list of candidates selected for central bank digital money (MDBC) experiments in interbank settlements. Following the examination of the applications received on May 15 in response to the call for applications launched by the Banque de France, the following 8 applications were selected, in alphabetical order: Accenture, Euroclear, HSBC, Iznes, LiquidShare, ProsperUS, Seba Bank and Société Générale-Forge. This list gives pride of place to the historical heavyweights of finance, even with companies such as Iznes and Liquidshare recently created and whose shareholders are among the traditional banking players.
